The Ident-A-Kid leadership team is comprised of experienced experts in building national brands. But perhaps more importantly, as parents ourselves, we have a dedication to what we do that goes beyond business. Keeping kids safe is a passion for us – a passion that always remains close to home and extends to over 200 locations across the United States. We believe in what we do, and we believe that our educational programs, innovative products and expert services are vitally important for kids today.
As the concern over child safety continues to rise, Ident-A-Kid is responding in different and better ways; making sure that both parents and schools are prepared with the best programs and equipped with the best technology available. Rick HaganPresident and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Hagan has been a Director of Ident-A-Kid since 1995. He joined us as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2001. Prior to 2001, he held financial management positions for L3 Communications, Boley Centers, Lockheed Martin, and General Electric. He has been a Board Member of GTE Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Florida since 1997 and is currently Vice Chairman of the Board. He also currently serves on the Finance Committee for the Glazer Children’s Museum in Tampa, FL and on the Northeast High School Academy of Finance Board. Mr. Hagan graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 1985. In 1987, he graduated from General Electric Company’s Financial Management Program (FMP). |

Steve HaganDirector of Operations Steve Hagan joined Ident-A-Kid in August of 2008. Before joining Ident-A-Kid, Steve was the General Manager of Sure Print in El Paso, Texas for over twenty years. He attended El Paso Community College and the University of Texas. He is a member of Pinellas Park’s Chamber of Commerce and Ident-A-Kid’s Publication Committee. |

Roseann MoushonDirector of Accounting Roseann began working for Ident-A-Kid October 2008 after receiving her Bachelor’s in Accounting from the College of Business at University of South Florida. Prior to joining us, she worked as a freelance Bookkeeper, and for Bacon, Bacon and Goddard, PA, as an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper. She is a long time volunteer with Pinellas County Schools, and currently a Northeast High School mentor. |

Lisa HinzDirector Franchise Development Lisa has been active in franchise development since 1999 and has worked with several franchise companies in such diverse industries as Technology, Hospitality Services and Child Safety. Prior to joining us she was a Sales and Audit Manager for Pred’s Coats in Aberdeen, SD from October 1981 to January 1999 and Director of Franchise Development for Expetec Technology Services in Aberdeen, SD from January 1999 to December 2006. Lisa joined Ident-A-Kid in March of 2007. |
