Requirements
To participate in the eKid-ID Alert program, you must have a MMS/Picture messaging-enabled mobile phone. Standard text/picture messaging rates apply and/or data usage (depending on your carrier), and have had purchased multiple traditional Ident-A-Kid cards in an area where eKid-ID Alert is being offered.

Charges
Ident-A-Kid does not charge for this service, but standard text/picture messaging rates apply as provided in your wireless plan (contact your carrier for pricing plans and details).
Remember that text/picture messages are not always free and the person(s) whom you are contacting may be charged for each message you send.
Availability
eKid-ID Alert is not available in all areas.
The reliability of text/picture messaging should not be solely be relied upon in dealing with emergencies.
We do not take responsibility for carriers whose services do not work properly and eKid-ID Alert may not work with all cellular phones and/or services.
Ident-A-Kid DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ALWAYS AVAILABLE OR COMPUTER BUG, WORM, OR ERROR-FREE, OR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation on Liability
Ident-A-Kid disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of Ident-A-Kid Representatives or users. We do not exclude any liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Ident-A-Kid be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if Ident-A-Kid has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Ident-A-Kid’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Ident-A-Kid for the Service.
